with cable. The first floor also has a dining nook and breakfast
counter. All linens and towels are provided including a washer and dryer.

On the second floor, the large master bedroom has a Cal king size bed,
with retreat, a spacious master bath with two walk-in closets (his &
her). The master bedroom also includes a private terrace overlooking
Sunrise Mountain & beautiful Henderson! Out of remaining Three
bedrooms, Two bedrooms have their own queen bed and the Third one has
2 twin beds with full bath!

This property has everything you need to enjoy your stay in Las Vegas,
whether you’re here for business or pleasure. Upstairs floor offers an
open loft where you can view the STRIP OF LAS VEGAS and all of its
wonders! Adjacent to the master bedroom is a private office
overlooking main floor from a “Romeo & Juliet” balcony.

This residence is perfectly located in one of the finest areas of Las
Vegas and is only minutes to the "Las Vegas Strip", 15 minutes to
Lake Las Vegas and approx. 20 minutes to Lake Mead and “The Grand
Canyon” is only driving distance away. If you prefer to stay closer
to "home", this area has some of the best restaurants, shopping malls
and theaters. Henderson (beverly hills of Las Vegas) and the Green
Valley Ranch Resort & Casino is less than 10 minutes away and offers
incredible food and entertainment, 24-7 !!!
