**May-September** all Utilities included $1600/month.  Summer rates include discount of $300/month 
if rental is 3 months or longer.

October, November,April $1800/month.

December, January, Feburary $2000/month
March, $2300/month.

Fees:  12% tax on rentals less than 6 months, $50 Condo Application Fee, $100 cleaning fee at end of 
stay, refundable security deposit $500


Will consider Yearly tenants, yearly tenants will pay electric, phone, and cable. Yearly rental 
rate/month =$1600, tenant pays all utilities.
