This airy 2-Bedroom, 2-Bath vacation home is located in Indialantic-
by-the-Sea between the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River Lagoon.
Beautiful palm trees and live oaks surround your vacation getaway. 
Walk to Indialantic Beach, shopping, parks, restaurants, and golf courses.
Kennedy Space Center is 40 minutes away, and Orlando attractions are
only an hour. Also available behind this home is a seperate, fully
furnished, one-bedroom cottage that is ideal for a couple.  The rate for this cottage from December 1st until April 31, 2010 is $1300 per month, which includes utilities.  From May 1st until November 31st, the rate is $800 per month (inquire about shorter term).  The cottage is available in 2010, except for the month of February.  Call or e-mail for photos.

This home is completely furnished! Modern kitchen is fully equipped
with refrigerator/ice maker, range, dishwasher, microwave, coffee
maker, dishes, glassware, and all cooking utensils. Satellite Dish TV,
VCR/DVD, and a BBQ Grill are also included. Master bedroom has a king
size bed with two closets, 2nd bedroom has twin beds. All linens
furnished as well. Bring your toothbrush and have a great vacation.

*The cottage apartment is fully furnished and equipped with all the same amenities.

Indialantic Beach is recognized as one of the cleanest beaches in
Florida. This home is only 10 minutes from Melbourne Airport and
one hour from Orlando Airport and Disney World. There are several
Golf Courses conveniently located nearby. The Space Coast is also
home to abundant marine and wildlife, and there are many tour
options available - from air boating and seeing alligators in their
natural habitat, to watching dolphins and manatees in the Indian
River. In the evening you can see endangered Sea Turtles laying
their eggs. World class fishing charters are available, as well as
river fishing and surf fishing - just a few of the activities to
enjoy. Business travelers check us out for all the convenience of
home while you are away from home.
