This accommodation is ideal for families up to 6 or up to 3 couples.  The unit is available as a 2 or 3 bedroom rental.  A family of five can be accommodated using 2 bedrooms and the double futon in the living room.  For groups of six, the 3 bedroom rate will apply.  (Groups of five also have the option of renting the 3rd bedroom).
*Occasionally the entire house may be available for rental.

Sept (after Labor Day) - June $175/night, minimum stay 3 nights - Additional 3rd bedroom charge -- $75/3 nights
