located in between San Francisco & Los Angeles. the heart of the
Central Coast wine region, Tours and wine tastings are only a short
trip away.

2 miles South of Pismo Beach is Oceano.  Home of the Oceano Dunes State Vehicular Recreation Area.  OHV Rentals available also Byplane and Hummer Rides. 

About 5 minutes north from the condo is Shell Beach which features
marine life, tidepools , and incredible sunrises and sunsets. Close
by there is kayaking, surfing, fishing, and sunbathing . The costal
rocks are stopping grounds for sealions in spring and summer and
October-February is whale-watching season.

A little farther north is San Luis Obispo. There is many shopping
and dining opportunities. If you stay with us during the week you
must check out its famous Thursday night Farmer's Market, located
down town, featuring fresh vegetables, fruits, music and delicious
BBQ tri-tip.

May 1st to Sept 30th: $290-$320 per night, $1,750 per week + tax
Oct 1st to April 30th: $250-$280 per night, $1,500 per week + tax
$200 cleaning fee, $30 reservation fee.
Available Monthly during the winter call for rates.
