Vacation Rental Description

beachside town of Indialantic, Fl.  1/2 mile north of US 192 and The  
Boardwalk.  20 miles south of Cocoa Beach and  
Kennedy Space Center, 1 hour SE of Orlando, and just over the US 192  
Causeway from Melbourne, Fl.  This spacious unit is 1800 S.F. of  
luxurious living, on one level.  The floorplan is open and includes  
living, dining, kitchen, office area, and large oceanfront deck.  A  
2 car garage houses the laundry area.  3 bedrooms and 3 full baths   
nicely accomodate 6 guests.  The unit was extensively remodeled and  
refurbished in 2005, so everything is nearly new condition.   
Interior also boasts tongue 'n groove cedar ceilings, a fireplace,  
and designer ceramic tile flooring everywhere except the bedrooms.

Activities and Attractions

This unit is located directly on the Atlantic Ocean, so swimming,  
fishing, surfing, shelling, tanning, and just walking the beach are  
everyday activities.  Off shore fishing begins just 20 minutes south  
at Sebastian Inlet.  Amusement parks in Orlando are just a 1 hour  
drive.  Believe it when I say you'll really appreciate the peace and  
solitude of our beach after visiting the Orlando attractions.  And  
our beach is free! Antique and craft shows are held throughout the  
year at various locations, including just across the bridge in  
historic downtown Melbourne.  Just north of Melbourne is the town of  
Viera, site of the Washington Nationals baseball team's spring  
training.  Several golf courses are located within a short drive,  
including those designed by Arnold Palmer and Gary Player, and 3  
public courses on the beach.  Fine dining and downhome cooking  
eateries are within walking distance or a short 5 minute drive.

less than 6 months in hotels, condos, and houses.  Discount for  
stays longer than 4 months.
