Vacation Rental Description

Comfortable townhouse tastefully decorated with marine themes. We 
are on the Atlantic side of Key Largo, across from world-famous 
Molasses Reef of the John Pennekamp underwater coral reef park. The 
upper two floors have balconies with view of our saltwater lagoon 
which is stocked with colorful Parrot fish and other tropical 
varieties.

Our complex includes full access to a private beach and a ramp or 
boat launch for Atlantic-side water access. If needed, there is a 
marina on the premises with boat slips available for a separate fee 
paid to the slip owners.

The grounds are landscaped in typical Florida Keys/South Florida 
foliage. Renter has full access to two swimming pools, the saltwater 
lagoon, night lighted tennis courts, a large thatched roof chickee 
can be reserved for parties, several charcoal barbecues, and, of 
course, the beach.

Our unit includes a restroom on each floor with showers in two of 
these. A den with a wooden/tiled bar decorated with marine themes. 
Spacious living room area and screened balconies overlooking the 
saltwater lagoon. Two bedrooms with queen-sized beds each and one 
bedroom with two full-sized beds.

The Florida Keys community includes several state parks, many 
restaurants, dozens of miles of bike trails, convenient shopping 
which includes marine collectibles and tour and fishing boat 
expeditions. We are approximately 60 miles from the airport of 
Miami, Florida and 99 miles from historical Key West.
