Cayuga Sunset Cottages: Cliff House in Cayuga Lake

Two cottages located on the eastern shore of beautiful Cayuga Lake,
30 minutes north of Ithaca, with magnificent sunsets. The heart of the
scenic Finger Lakes region, this area features many unique state
parks, waterfalls, and wineries, as well as great restaurants and
local cultural events.
Close by are Cornell University, Ithaca College, and Wells College.
Montezuma National Wildlife Refuge is located 20 minutes away at the
north end of Cayuga Lake, home to bald eagles and a great place to
view migrating shorebirds and waterfowl. Further west of Montezuma is
the Finger Lakes Outlet Mall in Waterloo, with great buys on nearly
everything.

Cliff House:
Available year-round,weekly (June- Sept.) and with a 2-night minimum,
this elegant cottage is nestled on a cliff with panoramic views of the
lake. It features fine antiques and artwork, and a spiral staircase.
The master bedroom has a king-sized bed overlooking the lake. It has a
woodstove, fully equiped kitchen with dishwasher, full bath and
laundry facilities. It sleeps up to 6. Boats welcome at private dock
with mooring and dinghy.

No pets or indoor smoking permitted.

$1200/ wk June- Sept. Available for 2 night minimum stays year-round.

Guests must bring their own linens and leave the cottage as clean as
they found it. A $300.00 security deposit must be made on your credit
card, which will be withheld if damages are assessed. One-half weekly
rent is due at the time of reservation. A 30-day advance cancellation
notification is required for full refund, if the week is re-booked,
otherwise no refunds will be made. Guests must sign and return our
rental agreement before assuming occupancy.
