Vacation Rental Description

20 minute flight from South Florida and approximately one and a half

widely known as the "Bonefishing Capital of the World."
This Townhouse is ocean front with a beautiful view of the Atlantic 
Ocean, and within 100 feet of a beautiful white  sandy beach with 
private romantic coves and crystal clear blue and turquoise waters. 
Watch incredible sunsets from the master's bedroom balcony. Across 
the street is Casa Lyon, Bimini Bay's award winning Bahamian-infused 
restaurant with spectacular ocean views. 
Full service marina with over 300 slips, nearby gas, bait, shops, 
and only a 10 minute gas cart ride to downtown Bimini grocery 
stores, shops and liquor stores.

Activities and Attractions

Bimini known as "The Big Game Fishing Capital of the World," the 
Bimini Islands offer a variety of fishing activities including Deep 
Sea Fishing. The deep waters of Bimini are filled with Marlin, 
Sailfish,Tuna and other game fish. Other family fun is fishing for 
yellowtail, and seasonal lobstering. Bimini is also widely known as 
the "Bonefish Capital of the World." Enjoy Diving and Snorkeling 
sites, explore "The Lost Steps to The City of Atlantis" one of the 
most popular sites, snorkle sunken ship wrecks, reefs and walls. 
Take a 20 minute boat ride to Honeymoon Harbor private white sandy 
beaches and hand feed the Manta Rays. Take a stroll down soft white 
sandy beaches around Bimini Bay Resort. Enjoy an afternoon in Bimini 
Bay's "Infinity Edge Pool" with spectacular ocean views. Invigorate 
your mind, body and soul with an exotic massage. Enjoy lunch at the 
Poolside Grill with Bahamian flavor. For the young ones there is a 
Kid's Playground all in a safe environment.

$500.00 Security deposit minus $100.00 cleaning fee will reserve 
your dates.

50' Marina slip dockage available $2.50 per foot(VHF 68) Electric 
(metered) 50 cents per kilowatt, Water (metered) 45 cents per 
gallon. (Inquire with owner for availability.)
