whilst looking forward to relaxing and having drinks in the hot tub,
enjoying some of the most spectacular sunset’s.

This home is very spacious and has been tastefully decorated
throughout, furnished with style and comfort. Boasting a plush
formal lounge/dining area ,and a well designed fully loaded
kitchen/diner with breakfast bar overlooking the family room with
large tv and dvd player & Ipod docking staiton.

The master bedroom has a king sized bed & tv with a luxurious en
suite bathroom with separate shower, also a large walk in closet.

There is a queen sized room and 2 twin rooms all with tv`s.

This home also boast a large games room with a pool table and
football table, CD player and board games.

there is a fully fitted laundry room with iron & board. All bedding
& towels supplied.

The pool has a safety fence around it (a must…if you have young
children in your party) and a pool blanket to keep the warmth in
There is a 2 car garage (somewhere to park the golf clubs)

Now available for your use is wireless internet.

There is a play station available with 5 games and 2 controllers,
this item is held in our office, although use of the play station is
free we do require a *CASH* security deposit of $150 fully
refundable on return at end of you vacation.

Vacation in this delightful home with heated pool & spa for as
little as:
$1000 per week inclusive of all state taxes,
$3250 per month inclusive of all state taxes,
pool heating $125 per week / $300 per month
