PERFECT -- BayBreeze Beach House is Directly on The most PRIVATE
Beach! ON Lake Michigan-West Grand Traverse-Suttons Bay. Just like
the
Caribbean only better, and closer too. Get away
from it all and avoid the crowds. Over 130 Feet of beach with soft
white sand is YOURS for the best swimming, tanning, boating vacation
imaginable. Woods to the north, woods to the south, vacant land
across the street.
WONDERFUL WEATHER -- Gently sloped, warm, crystal clear and clean
water, protected bay. Enjoy your morning coffee and stunning
sunrises over Suttons Bay/Lake Michigan from the huge deck or lower
level patio. Build sand castles, and search for Petoskey stones. The
kids will never want to go home, and neither will you! Peaceful
Privacy for family gatherings, and good times with friends. Located
on the WARM East side of Leelanau Peninsula. (The West side is COLD
and WINDY)
GREAT LOCATION -- Walk to Suttons Bay Village for wonderful
restaurants, shopping, antique stores, get an ice cream cone (at the
Ice Cream Factory) and then walk down to the little creek that runs
through town, sit on the park bench or stroll through the Village
Marina, and check out the yachts. Peruse the architecture of the
old original homes in downtown Suttons Bay, including the HUGE stone
house, as well as Victorians and Queen Ann styles.
ENJOY -- roasting hot dogs or s'mores at a beach fire in the bon
fire ring. Get to know each other again. There is plenty of room to
roam in this three bedroom home with a finished walk-out lower
level. Good floor plan for large families or vacation "sharing"
families. An old fashioned porch swing on the lower patio provides
a cool respite when the sun is high, or on moonlit nights (complete
with squeaky chain)
PRIVACY -- You cannot see another neighbor from the deck and patio
of this stunning brick home. No close neighbors, if you are quiet,
you won't have loud parties close by. If you are noisy, there is
nobody to complain. Don't get stuck right next door to a
noisy/complaining neighbor while you are vacationing. (the nearest
house/condo is 100-200 feet away)
A quality built home with Oak floors, oak cabinetry, Handpainted
Mexican tiles and wet bar sink, and totally redecorated, CLEAN!
Responsible pet owners are welcome. You must notify us if you intend
