With its magnificent views overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and front  
views of the entire Marco Island community, this luxuruous 19th  
floor beachfront condo is located in Marco Island's premier South  
Seas Beach Club.  The South Seas Club is a 55 acre gated community  
with 24 hour security.  South Seas Beach Club consists of 4 tower  
buildings.  This condo is located in Tower 1. 
 
This beautiful condo is newly renovated and ceramic tiled throughout  
the main rooms.  Both bedrooms are carpeted.  This 2 bedroom, 2 bath  
condo is centrally air conditioned and sleeps 2-4 comfortably.  The  
master bedroom has a king size bedroom set, Cable TV and a private  
bathroom.  The second bedroom has two twin beds. 
 
The Living Room and Master Bedroom have access to the balcony for  
watching Marco Island's beutiful sunsets.  The kitchen is newly  
renovated with granite coutertops, new cabinets, appliances and is  
fully equipped with microwave, toaster, dishes, glasses, pots and  
pans, flatware and a coffee maker.  There are linens, towels and a  
vacuum cleaner.

Vacation Rental Amenities

South Seas Club has a great pool, tennis courts for a small fee and  
an Excercise Room.  Boat docking is available.

Marco Island is located 25 minutes south of Naples.   Known for its  
beautiful beaches Marco Island is surrounded by the Gulf of Mexico  
on one side and wilderness on the other. 
 
Marco Island offers shopping, dining, fishing, boating, bird  
watching. shelling and access to some of the best golf courses.
