Sit back and enjoy the awesome moonlite ocean nights and the beautiful sunrises illuminating the water... Viewed right from your living room or out on the deck.  You don't need to bring anything but your clothes and personal items. Everything else is here. Fully furnished with full size and single size futon sofa and chair and a king size bed. There is a washer/ dryer, dishwasher, cable, high speed nternet, phone, 32" flat screen TV, dvd player and dvds, games, books, dishes, pots, pans, microwave, linens, beach chairs and toys, including boogie boards. You'll also find enough basics  to get you started like coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, spices, paper towels, dish, laundry, and hand soaps. Even the medicine cabinet is full of soaps, shampoos, deodorant, etc.!

Convenience Store right here for that newspaper and the stuff you
run out of! You can walk to the community park (there are 2) with
picnic facilities and playground. Newly renovated Shopping Center (Bealls, Publix, Dollar Store) and several very good restaurants are one to five miles in
either direction.

Stay right here at Spinnaker - walk out on our clean no-drive beach
and surf, fish, swim, walk, and collect shells. There's always a
good ocean breeze. Enjoy the ocean view from the spacious porch.
It's OK to smoke out there. Step out front and you can watch the
launches from Cape Kennedy!!

Exit #268 off of I-95. Just down the road is the World Famous drive-on Daytona Beach, International Speedway, a go cart race track, a great   miniature golf course, and a skateboard park for the kids.
A1A, also known as Ocean Shore Blvd., will take you to the other beaches like New Smyrna and Cocoa (south). At Port Canaveral there are casino boats and family cruise ships departing daily.
The whole family can enjoy Cape Kennedy Space Center which is there, too! A1A to the north will take you to Flagler Beach, to historic St. Augustine, and the outlet malls. I-95 puts you in the Orlando area in about 45 minutes where all our well known amusement parks await your pleasure.

$950.00 week for Speed and Bike Weeks 10 day minimum

Long Term Rentals over 4 months will be $775.00* per month.

$250.00 Reservation Deposit per month must be received within 72 hours of the reservation request for the reservation time to be guaranteed.
Fee will be returned if contract is completed and unit is left undamaged.

Cancellations must be given in writing at least 2 weeks prior to commitment
(arrival) date or the deposit will be forfeited.
