Yes, this Waterfront home tucked away on the ocean side of the bridge and is minutes from the best dining in New England! Most vacationers walk to dinner!! Hidden away on the East side of the Island, this Waterfront home has expansive views of Portsmouth, Strawberry bank, Prescot Park and, on the Piscataqua River, the Naval shipyard and the Back Channels of Seavey's Island. The property enjoys substantial waterfront activity. There is a Deep Water Mooring accessable by row-boat (please bring your own skiff for liability reasons) The mooring and dock can accommodate a good sized lobster boat or 36' Sail boat and is in 6' deep water at normal low tide. There are two large bedrooms and one small single There is outside parking for two cars, and a one car connected garage. The Ocean is just minutes away by boat or car, just two miles down the Piscataqua River. This is one of the most scenic areas in New England, by boat, kayak, bike, foot, or car.
This unique waterfront location is minutes from Portsmouth, Historic Strawberry Bank, Prescott Park, and dozens of gourmet restaurants! Think about a Barbeque on the patio and front yard that gently slopes to the water. This is a private Hideaway with beautiful lawn and grounds. From the Dock or Mooring, you are 12 minutes to open Ocean. The Isles of Shoals and Star Island are just 9 miles offshore, and whale watching is popular nearby. York, Kennebunkport, Ogunquit are short drives or boating day-trips. Local Beaches, recreation areas, and ocean surfing are a short trip.
