property with all new furniture, HD TV, high speed internet, tile and berber carpeting. Gourmet 
kitchen has all new major and small appliances, granite countertops, 
cherry cabinets,custom tile floor, extra large capacity washer and 
dryer. Two new adult bicycles are also included. This five star condo is located near everything in 
Phoenix:

steps from the pool, poolside grilling stations, jacuzzi hot tub, 
clubhouse, fitness room, sauna, tennis courts, and sheltered parking. Another 2 bedroom/2 bath condo 
is also availble for the same rental fee. It is located right next door to this condo.  

Activities and Attractions

Enjoy the spectacular sunrises and sunsets from the edge of the 
Thunderbird Paseo property.Visit local attractions, bicycle, 
rollerblade or walk along the 17 mile path/park area just adjacent 
to the property.  Hiking, mountain biking and hot air ballooning at 
the nearby mountain peaks. Swim and relax in heated outside pool and 
jacuzzi(open year-round). Gourmet dining/shopping malls are a short 
drive away. Numerous golf courses are nearby.

Vacation Rental Rates

Feb.10-May 3,2008        $700/week*
May 3-Aug.30,2008       $ 550/week*
Aug.30-Dec.27,2008      $700/week*
(Monthly rates are available upon request)
*There is an additional cleaning fee of $125 which is added to the final payment

Half weekly rate plus security deposit ($500)to reserve, balance plus cleaning fee($125) 
due 2 weeks prior to rental date via postal money order or certified 
bank cashier's check  payable to Carol W. Agate. Security deposit 
will be refunded within a week of site inspection of property, if no 
damage,repairs or replacements are necessary. Check-in at 3 p.m.  
Check-out at 11 a.m.
