steps from the pool, poolside grilling stations, jacuzzi hot tub,
clubhouse, state of the art fitness room, sauna, lighted tennis courts, and sheltered parking. Another 2 bedroom/2 bath condo
is also availble for the same rental fee. It is located right next door to this condo.

Thunderbird Paseo property.Visit local attractions, bicycle,
rollerblade or walk along the 17 mile path/park area just adjacent
to the property. Hiking, mountain biking and hot air ballooning at
the nearby mountain peaks. Swim and relax in the outside pool and
jacuzzi(open year-round). Gourmet dining/shopping malls are a short
drive away. Numerous golf courses are nearby.

There is an additional cleaning fee of $125 which is added to the final payment
Half weekly/monthly rate plus security deposit ($500)to reserve, balance plus cleaning fee($125) due 1 month prior to rental date via postal money order or certified bank cashier's check payable to Carol W. Agate. Security deposit
will be refunded within 2 weeks of site inspection of property, if no
damage,repairs or replacements are necessary. Check-in at 3 p.m.
