Country Club Retreat with Jacuzzi in Ruidoso

Our home is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, fully furnished which sleeps 6/8 comfortably.  There are 2 queen size beds, 2 twin beds upstairs, and a queen sleeper sofa in the den.  The living room, kitchen and dining room combinations is an open concept with a rock fireplace.  Only fire logs may be used in the firplace and 2 will be provided for your convenience.  There are two tables and a bar for dining.  There is central heating but no air conditioning, but lots of fans to cool with the mountain breeze.  Our home may look cute and cozy from the outside, but is large and roomy inside, over 1700 square feet.  The kitchen is fully stocked with just about any appliance you should need. There is a dishwasher, garbage disposal, large refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker and electric range.  The televisions are connected to Dish Satellite with VCR/DVD, stereo, and favorite family tapes/dvds for your pleasure.  There is not a phone as your cell phones will work at our home.  There is internet access toward town at Zocca, Sacred Grounds, and Starbucks coffee houses.  Pets are allowed with restrictions and a fee.

There is a large shady deck with two tables, umbrellas, and about 10 chairs.  There is also an outside Jacuzzi that is serviced each week and maintained at a perfect PH.  The home is right off the 6th hole of the Alto Country Club Golf course.  As our guests, if your stay is 7 nights or more, you may request a guest letter to enable you and your family to enjoy the swimming pool, tennis courts, restaurant, bar, and golf course.  You will have to use your own credit card to make purchases.

Our home is located about 1 mile from the Ski Apache Ski Run road, a great location for great family outdoor activities.  Skiing in the winter and hiking and horseback riding in the summer.  There is a stream and lakes nearby for fishing.  Downtown Ruidoso has great shopping and delicious restaurant dining.  There is a folder in the home with lots of information about the region. 

Weekly rates are $850, except on holidays which are $1,200.  The rates for holidays are $200 a night; these holidays are Thanksgiving week, winter holidays (Dec. 15-Jan. 15), and summer vacation (May 20 - September 15).  Daily rates will be $150, except during holidays as mentioned above.  There is a cleaning fee of $75. If you rent for three or more days, your cleaning fee is waived! There will be a $150 security fee which is refunded back to the guest, after housekeeping inspects the home.  A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the rent due is required to block your dates and there is no guarantee of dates until the deposit is received. The rest of the rent, and fees will be due 14 days before arrival.  There is a 2-night minimum, no exceptions.   Credit cards are welcome.
