Vacation Rental Description

Spacious 4 bedroom,3 1/2 bathroom home with dockage.
This home is everything you need for a nice relaxing vacation with your family, friends and even 
your pet.

Large living areas with Cathedral ceilings and open floor plan. Large screened in porch and heated 
pool. 
Rooms are large and the living area is open to the kitchen and dining areas.Large family room on the 
first floor with big screen TV and DVD. All of the living areas are tiled throughout.

The oversized master bedroom has a king-size bed with a bath and it is the only bedroom on the 
second floor.The second bedroom has a Queen-size bed and private bath. The third bedroom has 2 
double beds and hall bath. The fourth bedroom has twin bed and trundle.
Sleeps eight to ten. Living area has one pullout sofa.
This home has a screened in porch on the back side of the house overlooking the canal.

Plenty of parking.
75 feet dock with electric and fresh water also available with fish cleaning station. Enjoy fishing 
from the dock, the Bay or the Atlantic ocean.
Minutes from Hawk's Kay Resort, where you can rent snorkeling, deep sea fishing,jet-skiing 
equipment. Snorkeling, para-sailing and sunset cruises also available on the resort. 
Bicycles available at the house.
