This charming townhouse is centrally located at the base of Big and
Little Cottonwood Canyons in the Cottonwood Heights area. It is 7
and 8 miles to Alta and Snowbird and 10 and 12 miles to Solitude and
Brighton. The ski shuttle and grocery store are 1/2 block away. The
ski shuttle is free when you purchase the discount lift tickets
(Super Pass). They cost $61 for a 1 to 4 day pass and are good at
all 4 of the local resorts. The best Savings is at Snowbird where
the tram rate is $76. These do include the tram and also the night
skiing at Brighton.
Why stay at the resorts and be tied to one resort, when you can
enjoy them all at 1/3 to 1/2 the cost and have conveniences and
services of the suburbs that are not available at the resorts.

The Bengal Blvd. townhouse has a fully equipped kitchen,
washer/dryer, private outdoor hot tub with a great view of the
Wasatch Mountains, 3 tv's two are big screens, satellite with all
the premium movie channels, high speed wireless internet, 2
fireplaces (wood is provided), gas barbeque grill, 2 car garage and
more. There are 2 bedroom that each have a queen bed and the 3rd and 4th bedrooms have a standard double and a twin in each. There is also a queen sofa sleeper in one of the living areas and a day bed with a pop up trundle that makes two more single beds. 9 total beds counting the sofa sleeper and day bed.

From this location, you have access to Utah's best ski resorts. In
addition to the 4 local resorts, there are 3 more in the Park City
area, which is 30 miles away. There is easy access to the freeway
system for going to Park City, or downtown Salt Lake City and its
Historic and Cultural activities are only 15 minutes away. There are
nearby restaurants, shopping malls, movie theaters as well as cross
country skiing, snowmobiling, ice skating, basketball, handball,
tennis and other activities.
