High Season June-September and Holidays $16,000/ MONTHLY or $5,000 A WEEK
Low Season Mid September - Mid June $12,000/ MONTHLY, $4,000 A WEEK,
$2,700 FOR A FOUR NIGHT “LONG WEEKEND”
• Reservation fee equal to 25% of total rental amount, due 30 days
prior to arrival.
• $2,500 Refundable Security and Cleaning/Damage Deposit.
• $300 Move-out Cleaning Fee
If you live nearby, this property can be shown by appointment if not
rented.
Cancellation Policy
If you must cancel, do so prior to 30 days so house can be re-rented.
If house is re-rented you will receive your reservation fee in full,
otherwise your reservation fee will be forfeited. If an emergency
occurs less than 30 days prior to your arrival and you must cancel,
contact us, and every effort will be made to re-rent the house so we
can offer you a full refund.
