This is a colonial farmhouse nestled in the apple
orchard country of the Hudson Valley. It is located 10 minutes
north of New Paltz Village and 10 minutes south of Rhinebeck. The
house sits on 100 acres of quiet and private land consisting
of hay fields and woods. There is a large front lawn shaded by two
enormous 100 year old black walnut trees for family gatherings or
entertaining at a cookout overlooking the Hudson River Valley.

available for exploring the nearby shores of the Hudson River.

Many visitors agree one of their favorite activities is watching for
wildlife. You can often see wild turkeys strolling across the front
lawn, deer grazing in the fields nearby and hawks circling overhead.
You can walk to the Hudson River half a mile away or travel a few
miles further to visit a monastery on two hundred acres overlooking
the Hudson River. Only a few miles down the road you'll find
excellent trout fishing along the Black Creek River or wine tasting
at the El Paso Winery. Drive into the Village of New Paltz or
Rhinebeck to shop or dine at restaurants "voted the best in the
Hudson Valley."
