This lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bath beach home is in the Palm Cove gated
community and makes for an outstanding vacation getaway for fun and
sun with family and friends. The Master Bedroom features a king-size
bed and the guest bedrooms have queen-size beds. TV/DVD/Cable in Living
Room and all three bedrooms. Two parking spaces directly in
front of the house and a one-car garage make it easy for unloading
luggage and groceries. Fully equipped kitchen and full size washer &
dryer provide all the comforts of home. Screened-in porch with grill off the
living area overlooks the large clover-leaf pool and provides the
perfect atmosphere for grilling and relaxing. Our home is located in
the heart of Panama City Beach, just one block away from "the world's
most beautiful beaches" and near all conveniences.
You can swim the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico or take a long
stroll on the white sugar sands of Panama City Beach.

Shipwreck Island Water Theme Park is merely ¼ mile from our home.  Publix, Super WalMart, Rocket Lanes (for bowling/billiards/arcades/roller-skating), Miniature Golf, Movie Gallery, shops and a wide variety of restaurants are located within 2 miles.  Other activities located nearby includeSt. Andrews State Park, glass-bottom boat tours, pirate cruises, golfing, tennis, jet skiing, scuba diving, parasailing, and helicopter rides.  The famous Ripley’s Believe It or Not and Wonder Works is also just 2 miles from us.  If you love to shop, you cannot miss out on the Pier Park Mall.  It is located off of Hwy 98 (or Back Beach Road) approximately 7 minutes from our home.  PierParkalso includes a 16 movie theatre, awesome restaurants, and lots of other fun activities for the kids.  Local restaurants that you must try include Capt. Anderson’s, Schooner’s, Pineapple Willies, BoneFish Grille, Sharky’s and Salt Water Grille.
