Vacation Rental Description

  The Oaks at Wasatch condo was recently remodeled with new 
carpeting, paint, all new kitchen with granite counter tops, 
cabinets and appliances. All of the furniture and hot tub are also 
new. It is conveniently located just off Wasatch Blvd. (the main 
road between Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons. Snowbird and Alta 
are 7 and 8 miles and Solitude and Brighton are 10 and 12 miles. The 
ski shuttle stop in front of the complex. The ski shuttle is free if 
you purchase the discount lift tickets (Super Pass). They cost $44 
for a 3 day pass or more and are good at Alta, Snowbird, Solitude 
and Brighton. The best savings is at Snowbird where the rate that 
includes the tram is $64. These do include the tram and also the 
night skiing at Brighton.
  Why be tied to one resort, when you can enjoy them all at rates 
that are 1/2 to 1/3 of what it costs at the resorts and also have 
the conveniences and services of the suburbs that are not available 
at the resorts.

  This lovely condo has a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, 
private outdoor hot tub, gas fireplace, 3 tv's, cable, high speed 
internet, gas barbeque grill, 2 car garage and more.

Activities and Attractions

  The main attraction is the proximity to Utah's best skiing. You 
are just minutes away from the 4 local resorts and there are 3 more 
in Park City which is only 30 miles. It is 10 miles to downtown Salt 
Lake City and 15 miles to the airport. There is easy freeway access 
for enjoying Park City and the historic and cultural events of Salt 
Lake City. There are nearby restaurants, shopping malls, hospitals, 
movie theaters and other services that are typical of the suburbs.

Summer Season (April 16th to Dec. 1st) $195/nt 7th night free.
Low Season (Dec. 2nd to 22nd, Jan. 1st to 31st, April 1st to 15th)
            Low season rates are $285/nt and the 7th night is free.
Holiday Season (Dec. 23rd to Jan 1st) $375/nt 7th night free.
High Season (Feb. 1st to Mar. 31st) $340/nt and the 7th night is free
