nice store!), drugstore (CVS), convenience stores, gas stations, 
local restaurants, all types of fast-food, etc.

10 minutes to beaches (beautiful Pass-a Grille and St. Pete

Treasure Island, Redington Shores, Indian Rocks, Clearwater and 
other great beaches/communities to the north as you drive up beachy 
Gulf Boulevard.

Vacation Rental Rates

Property Rates 
May thru October = Monthly $1100 
November thru April = Monthly $1600 
Weekly $700 per week
A 10% discount will apply if renting a minimum of 2 continuos (or 
more) months. 
EXAMPLE: June & July $1980 for both months.

Long term rents available - please inquire.

Cleaning fee: $88.00
Key mailig fee: $10.00

Monthly renters: Amounts in excess of $100 of electric bill will be 
deducted from Deposit. 

Cancellation policy: A processing fee of $30 applies to any 
cancellation. For cancellations 7 days or less before arrival, 50% 
of the rental period's rent will be refunded. Cancellations done 
within 30 days of arrival date, 75% of rental fee will be refunded.

Key Deposit Required: Based on 1 weeks worth of that months rental 
time. Cleaning fee ($88) and key mailig fee ($10)will be deducted 
from this.

Have pet? No Problem - just add an additional $700 to your monthly rental  - you'll receive 50% of it 
back after I check the premises at the end of your rental term.
