quiet, rustic and relaxing with the house situated on a half acre of
land. Enjoy watching the deer and other wildlife munch on the
underbrush from the screened in porch or from inside the dining room
at dusk. The home has been completely renovated. PrivaSea now boasts
new paint -
inside and out, new flooring, new appliances updated bathrooms and
new furnishings.
The home is located less than 500 yards - a short walk - from public
beach
access. The owners provide their guests with free linen service for
a full weeks rental, wireless internet service and cable tv
with expanded premium channels. If you love the beach, just
for the beach, PrivaSea offers your family a nice home for a nice
price without having to invite extended family and friends to share
the costs. Kid Friendly. Two adult and two kid bikes are

Weekly rental rates for 2011 (including all management fees) are as
follows:
Until May 23: $895
May 24- June 13: $1015
June 14 - June 27: $1315
June 28- August 22: $1370
August 23- August 29: $1315
August 30- September 19: $1020
September 20 - December 31: $850
Unfortunately, due to allergies, we no longer accept pets.
The above amounts do not include tax. You can calculate the tax
amount by multiplying the rental
rate by 12.75%. For example: a week during June 28-Aug 22 runs
$1370. 1370 x 12.75% = 174.68. So
the total amount for rent would be $1544.68. That would be the total
amount of your week with no
other fees.
