Tigre golf course. Peaceful, beautiful setting. Sleeps 2-4 people, 2 
Full baths, jacuzzi tub in master bath. Just 10 minutes from Puerto 
Vallarta International Airport. Free shuttle service to beach, golf 
course and Paradise Plaza Mall.

This brand new, deluxe condo(apprx 1200 sq.ft.) is part of the 
spectacular Green Bay Condominiums of Paradise Village, in Nuevo 
Vallarta. The unit's third floor view of Sierra Madre mountains, 
eighth hole of El Tigre golf course and breathtaking sunrises can be 
seen from bedroom and living/dining room. This unit includes a 
tastefully furnished large bedroom, two full bathrooms, living room 
(w/sleep sofa), dining room, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast 
bar, oversized terrace.

Unique 20 foot ceilings in bedroom, terrace and dining room (dining 
room, bedroom and bathroom have murals painted by local artist). 
This is a non-smoking unit.

On-site property manager greets you, provides overview of 
unit, and can answer all of your questions about local and 
surrounding area trips and activities.

AC, Jacuzzi tub, satellite TV, DVD player, stereo, phone, washer and 
dryer. Condo has pool with swim-up bar and BBQ area. Ceiling fans in 
each room. 

Beautiful gourmet kitchen with granite countertop, oven, stove, 
microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, blender, toaster, coffee maker, 
sandwich maker, all cooking utensils and dishes. If you want to go 
to "Margaritaville", there are plenty of Mexican handmade blue-
rimmed drink and shot glasses available. Sit on the terrace and 
enjoy the view of the mountains while eating a meal or just relaxing 
on our brand-new handcrafted wood furniture (dining table/chairs and 
teak chaise lounge) 

Free shuttle service to beach, golf course and Paradise Plaza Mall.

Monthly discounts (inquire)

Maid Service Available

To confirm your reservation (maximum of 4 people - and no children 
under 12) a 50% deposit is required. If your total reservation is 
more than 2 months, a 25% deposit is required followed by remaining 
25% deposit 120 days before arrival date. The balance is due 30 days 
before you arrive and should include an additional $200 per person 
damage deposit. Sorry, but we do not allow smokers, tenants under 25 
years of age or pets. Cash, check or PayPal accepted. We are PayPal "Verified".

Rates do not include optional $75 fee for the Paradise Village 
Social Guest Membership, which entitles up to 5 family members to 
use all Paradise Village Club facilities. The 1-time fee allows 
access to the Sports Club, Beach Club and Club House for your entire 
stay. The Sports Club is a fully equipped, state of the art gym, 
fitness classes are included (spin, Pilate’s, yoga, step aerobics 
etc), childrens and adult swimming pools as well as restaurant and 
bar. 
Also available at the Sports Club are sauna, Jacuzzi, steam room, 
tennis courts, racket ball, bocce ball, etc. The Beach Club has a 
restaurant and bar as well as a complete locker room with showers 
and towel service. The Club House allows access to Golf (greens fee 
extra) and also the Spa, which includes sauna, Jacuzzi, steam room 
and lounge area (treatments extra). It is certainly worth spending 
the money to have access to all these brand new, world class 
facilities. You will not be disappointed!
