Totally renovated and updated 3 bedroom, 2 full baths home on 
Edgartown/Vineyard Haven Rd in Edgartown. New kitchen, new 
bathrooms, 
new windows and new, large deck.  Ceiling Fan in every room

Master bedroom, King bed and day bed, with Full Bath attached   
Bedroom # 2 with Queen bed 
Bedroom # 3 with Bunk bed with full size on bottom, twin on top. 
Plus additional twin bed

The house is just a 1/2 mile to restaurants & shops, 1 mile from the 
Edgartown center, 1.5 miles from Edgartown State Beach. It is an 
easy 
walk to the town shops and restaurants. Bike path is right outside 
your front door, leave you car in the driveway and bike to the beach 
on the bike paths. 

House so comfortably decorated, you won't want to leave! Kitchen has 
all the conveniences of home (and maybe a few surprises). Cable 
television in living room and 3 bedrooms. Internet access available 
for those of you that can't escape email!

Shops & restaurants withine 1/2 mile of house and "downtown" Edgartown is within a mile.  The bike 
path is in front of the house and public transporation is nearby.  At this rate you can rate a car 
and still save off of the normal rate of $2,200.
