This is truly a wonderful place to stay. A very comfortable 3
bedroom, 2 bath condo that has a fantastic panoramic view of the
beach and ocean. The condo is furnished with a relaxing tropical
theme in mind, ceiling fans, upgraded tile through out the living
area. The master bedroom has a lovely king sized bed and a gorgeous
view of the ocean, just open the sliding glass doors and listen to
the ocean. The master bath includes an over sized tub and seperate
shower with two seperate sinks. Bedroom #2 has twin beds with
connecting bathroom. The third bedroom has a full-size bed. The
kitchen has beautiful granite counter tops with a full set of
dishes, pots and pans and a wine rack that is waiting to be put to
good use. The condo has its own laundry room with a washer and
dryer, iron and ironing board and even a large sink. All you need to
bring are yourselves and have a great time.

-Casinos: two of the worlds largest casino ships depart twice daily
from Port Canaveral.
-Port Canaveral: you are 5 minutes from one of the largest cruise
ship ports. Royal Carribean, Disney and Carnival are home ported
here and offer 3,4 and 7-day cruises.
-Fishing is available via charter boats, party boats or the beach.
-Dining: There are several waterfront seafood restaurants in the
local area. They feature fresh caught local seafood. There are a
variety of restaurants in Cocoa Beach and Port Canaveral.
-Golf: The Cocoa beach Country Club is located on the peninsula
surrounded by the Banana River Lagoon. The country club welcomes
locals and visitors alike, with 3 nine hole courses.
-Shopping: Ron Jons Surf shop is a favorite for visitors. Merritt
Island Square Mall is a short drive away which includes a 16-screen
stadium seating theater.
-Brevard Zoo in Melbourne features over 400 animals
-Space Coast Stadium in Viera home of the DC Nationals training camp
and local Manatees farm team.

out over the ocean.
