Then try Dolphin House!  Forgetting packing your family or friends  
into hotel rooms or suites!  Our spacious 1,600 SF well-appointed  
home will let you relax in style!  Dolphin House is a very  
functional 3  
bedroom, 2 bath home with 2 living areas located in the heart of  
Gulfport's Art and Beach district, all for less than the cost of a  
typical  
hotel room.  Our distinctive location close to Gulfport Beach,  
Veteran's Memorial Park and Williams Pier will help make your  
vacation one to remember. 
 
Just a very short walk to shopping, dining, fishing, dancing and the  
beach!  Our ideal location is close to all the activities, yet  
private and quiet.   
 
The large, split floor plan is extremely functional. One living  
area,  
one bath and one bedroom are in the back part of the cottage and two  
bedrooms, one bath and one living area in are the front. The two  
parts are joined by the kitchen and dining area.

Vacation Rental Rates

Rates below based on 7 night stays.  Shorter stays are available, nightly rate higher. 2-night min. 
 
May - July           $130 night/$780 week plus tax & cleaning 
August - November 2008 $115 night/$690 week plus tax & cleaning 
December 1, 2008 - April 2009 $165 night/$930 week plus tax & cleaning 
 
All rates subject to $110 + 12% cleaning fee and 12% tax on rental  
fee. 
 
RESERVATION DEPOSITS & FINAL PAYMENT:   
One week or less: $300: balance due 3 weeks prior 
Longer than one week up to one month: $500 balance due 3 weeks prior 
Longer than one month: $700 balance due 60 days prior 
 
The deposit may be paid via cash, cashier's check, money order,  
traveler's checks (US funds only) or VISA, Mastercard, American  
Express  or Discover via PayPal.  The reservation deposit is applied  
against the total due. 
 
CANCELLATIONS:   
Cancellations less than 60 days prior to arrival forfeit all monies  
paid. 
Cancellations received more than 60 days prior to arrival will  
result in a refund of the deposit, less a $100 handling fee.   
Reservations not paid in full prior to final payment due date will  
be cancelled.  No refunds given for early departures.  
 
CHANGES:  There is a $50 charge for modification of a confirmed  
reservation. 
 
PAYMENT:  All rates are in US Funds and are payable in US funds. 
 
From $80 to $267 per night depending on time of year and length of stay.  ($80 per night based on 1  
month stay August - November and $267 nightly rate based on 2 night stay December through April.   
Weekly stays average $153 per night, taxes and departure cleaning included.)
