Welcome to Dolphin House! This charming, spacious home is located in Gulfport's Historic Art District and is just 2 blocks for Gulfport's sandy beach on Boca Ciega Bay. It has the added bonus of having two separate living areas, a large master bedroom, split floor plan, covered porch and uncovered patio and an outside gas grill. Just two blocks from Williams Pier and Veteran's Memorial Park with benches, picnic tables and walkways. Watch dolphins swim by from the fishing pier or as you play at the beach or in the water.

Starting at 2 blocks away in another direction are a variety of restaurants and shops, one of which even has the local post office inside! Gulfport's Library is but a few blocks away and if you feel like shopping you can take the City bus service to Tyrone Mall. It stops just two blocks from Dolphin House. Then there is Gulfport's Casino, located at the beach, they have a variety of dances from Country Western to Latin and Ballroom dances. And still another well-known attraction is Hickman's Theatre with live plays. Regardless of the time of year you come to visit, you'll find something fun and exciting to do. Gulfport is known as the "Gateway to the Gulf". A small, artistic community, it has a laid-back population of around 13,000. A short drive to Fort Desoto Beach (voted the nation's #1 beach in 2005), it is centrally located to everything you need for your Florida vacation.

The split floor plan means two bedrooms, one bath and one living area are in the front of the house, and one bedroom, one bath and one living area are in the back. The kitchen can be closed off from the front of the house with a pocket door, and from the rear of the hosue with glass French doors. Sleeping up to six, the home is perfect for a family or couples. Tile floors throughout the house. Ample sunshine enters the home all day long and multiple windows permit comfortable cross-ventilation when breezes blow on spring and fall days. (Central heat and AC is always available if you prefer.)

The home is decorated in beach and nautical colors. The front and back yards are professionally landscaped and irrigated, with night lighting. The back yard is completely fenced. The local dog park is less than 2 blocks away. The kitchen is completely equipped, with an assortment of cooking utensils, pots, pans, and dishes. Extra housekeeping services available at a reasonable cost.

Dec 09-Apr 10 1,232/week..$3,400/month. Rate includes taxes & dep cleaning.

Deposit to reserve $300 to $700, depending on the length of stay.  Shorter stays (less than 1 week) available.  Please call or email!

Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.  If <30 days, then full amount.

CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellations less than 60 days prior to arrival forfeit all monies
paid.
Cancellations received more than 60 days prior to arrival will
result in a refund of the deposit, less a $100 handling fee.
Reservations not paid in full prior to final payment due date will
be cancelled. No refunds given for early departures.
CHANGES: There is a $50 charge for modification of a confirmed
reservation.
PAYMENT: All rates are in US Funds and are payable in US funds.
From $80 to $267 per night depending on time of year and length of stay. ($80 per night based on 1
month stay August - November and $267 nightly rate based on 2 night stay December through April.
Weekly stays average $153 per night, taxes and departure cleaning included.)
