Vacation Rental Description

Set within its own gated community, Terrace Ridge offers something 
for everyone.  Its location gives it the advantage of being peacful 
enough to relax but close enough to enjoy all the parks, shops and 
local attractions.

Located just off the I4 at junction/exit 58, coming from airports take a left for around 2 minutes 
till you come to crossroads where CVS is, take a right there and town centre is the first on left.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Styled by Orlandos Top interior design company this home really is 
of a 5 star hotel standard.  Every room has its own comfy beds and 
high quality linen, with the master room housing a four poster bed, 
its own bathroom and TV.

The lounge area is luxury all round, it has  a hugh TV with DVD 
player, comfy sofa's and is next to the large dining room with table 
for 6 and its doors leading out to the private terrace.

We can even arrange for a grocery pack to be waiting for as you 
arrive for only $39 and if you would like a maid service while you 
their we can aarnge that too.

Activities and Attractions

The PRIVATE club house for Terrace Ridge guest has been styled for 
RELAXATION.  The games room is perfect for little kids (or big ones), with a pool table and gaming 
machines and the Gym is availble if you want to work off those extra pounds 
although if you like me you can just fix yourself a snack in the 
kitchen and relax on one the comfy sofas while you watch people 
outside enjoying the large shaded Jacuzzi or the resort sized 
swimming pool.

Vacation Rental Rates

Terrace Ridge is a retreat within the busy life of Orlando and 
special deals can be had if you book at off peak periods. 

As a brand new owner i am offering rates from $450 a week (+tax)and 
if you book more than 7 nights i'll pay the $60 cleaning fee.
(2008/09 only) as i know when you visit once you'll be back.

Peak season is 1st JULY - 31st AUGUST and 15th December - 5th 
April.
