Splash in Anna Maria Island

Welcome to "Splash" on Anna Maria Island!

Your beach cottage-style unit is only 300 steps from the beautiful white sandy beaches of Anna Maria Island. As you arrive, you will observe the lush tropical gardens, viewed daily from your oversized, completely private screened-in lanai. Your unit is on the ground floor, with no steps to climb whatsover inside nor out. You will enter either through your own private front or side entrance.

The "Upper Deck" unit entry is in the back, surrounded by a white privacy fence.  Currently the "Upper Deck" is not available for rentals. 

Your day at "Splash" might begin with coffee and danish on the lanai, watching the birds in their
natural tropical habitat. Then a walk to the corner where you will choose taking a right to the
bay to watch the sunrise or a left to the sea, to experience the daytime's warm sun or the evening's spectacular sunsets!

Following the last sight of the sun dipping into the horizon, you may want to continue down the
beach for cocktails and dinner at one of the many casual oceanside locales or perhaps on to Bridge
Street, to experience some of the best varieties of food choices on the island.....and.....best of
all, it's within walking distance!

After dinner, you may choose to walk back to "Splash" or jump on the free trolly where you will
disembark on the corner.....you are now back at "Splash", ready to enjoy the
remainder of the evening on the lanai!

"Splash" sleeps a maximum of 6 adults and/or children, comfortably. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The master bedroom comes complete with a Queen Bed, chest, nightstands and of course a private bath.

The other two bedrooms sleep 2 adults or 2 childen each. Please take a look at the pictures! We
believe you will find beach cottage vacationing at "Splash" a relaxing and casually elegant
experience.

You will be provided with a full set of towels for each guest during your stay, as well as all of the
usual kitchen amenities, should you desire to dine in at your leisure and in the comforts of the
cottage.

Beach chairs, beach towels, (3) TVs, free wireless internet access throughout and a Washer/Dryer are also provided for your convenience.

Should you or your guests have a special need or desire a special item in particular, please merely
advise us in advance and we will do our utmost to accommodate you!

For the children, there is a complete supply of sand toys to build the most spectacular sandcastles
thier imaginations can envision.

Within walking distance are some of the finest restaurants as well as fun spots, on the island!
There is a tropical miniature golf range right in the middle of historic Bridge Street. Why not have dinner, then play a little golf with the kids afterwards!

A short ride by car or trolly down Gulf Drive takes you to other fine dining establishments as well
as to more island style shopping you will not want to miss. The historical downtown section of
Bridge Street boasts a variety of small restaurants, shops and a wonderful fishing pier and
restaurant serving daily, "All you can eat Fish and Chips"! Again, you are only a short walk or
free trolly ride away, yet when relaxing, hidden away in your own private tropical little cottage.

Finally, before your return to reality, you may want to take a goodbye Anna Maria Sunset Cruise, go
parasailing for a final view of the island in all it's tropical splendor or just walk down to the beach for your last evening's sunset! And by staying at "Splash", it's all right at your fingertips!
