This luxurious 2-story villa has 5 bedrooms/3 en-suite  
masters, 4 bathrooms and a 30'x15' heatable pool, sleeps up  
to 12 people comfortably. It is 10 minutes from Disney World,   
minutes away from many golf courses and near all the major  
attractions.

This spacious luxury vacation home has been furnished throughout by  
professional to the very highest standards and is beautifully  
decorated. The house is fully equipped with all the amenities of  
your own home and with everything we could need ourselves. There  
is a screened private heated pool with safety fence for your  
relaxation. There is a fence around the pool and the south facing  
proximity of the pool and deck area guarantees Florida sunshine  
throughout the day for 12 months of the year. It gives a feeling of  
tranquility and peace, as well as a high degree of privacy.   
 
We use a highly recommended Management Company with friendly, 24- 
hour support for our guests.  
 
This quiet, peaceful and spacious villa can accommodate any family  
size up to twelve (12) people. Guests will enjoy the luxury of three  
master suites. A wonderful vacation experience awaits you in the  
privacy or your vacation home. We're sure you would love our  
vacation home as much as we do. 
 
Our privately owned villa is located on a large corner plot, on the  
peaceful, very modern Hampton Lakes Community. You have use of  
tennis, basketball and volleyball courts, a childrens play area and  
communal swimming pool.

Activities and Attractions

Our villa is lacated in Hampton Lakes community. It is an ideal  
location for all of the top attractions.  It is approximately 10  
minutes away from Disney World and approximately 25 minutes drive  
from Orlando International Airport. The Florida shopping mall is  
just 25 minutes drive and there are other numerous shopping outlets,  
all within easy reach.  You will be spoiled for choice! There are  
good supermarket/takeaway facilities within 2 minutes, and a massive  
Wal*mart within 5 minutes. The property is located in the Hampton  
Lakes community, which is situated just off the US27 approximately  
three and half miles south of the US192. As such it is ideally  
located for all of Orlando’s attractions, shopping areas,  
restaurants, golf courses and within easy reach of the Interstate 4  
which provides access to either coast of Florida

Mar,Apr,May,Oct:          $770-840 per week 
Jun,Jul,Aug, Hoilday:     $840-$995 per week 
 
*Please enquire about our special rates for bookings of more than  
two weeks 
*Ask about speacial late availibility deals 
*Pool heating is available at $140 per week, recommended for winter  
months. 
*We hold a short-term rental license that requires our villa meet  
all the safety and hygiene standards
