The Dinghy in Nantucket

This typical Sconset cottage is located on one of the charming shell
streets in the historic district of "downtown" Sconset, a brief walk
to the beach, the market, tennis court, etc. With a neighborly
atmosphere, yet quiet and private, it has a back yard for barbeque
get togethers, a newly renovated kitchen, and a cozy feeling inside
as well.

There are two spacious bedrooms, one with a queen size bed; the
other with two trundle beds. A large living room/dining area with
fireplace makes for enjoyable socializing. The living room has a TV,
a VCR and DVD player and a CD player. In the kitchen is a washing
machine and dryer as well as practically any small appliance one
could possibly need. There are a great number of linens, beach
towels and supplies, beach chairs, etc.

Sconset is a fabulous place for biking, walking, tennis, golf, etc.
The golf course in Sconset is a public course, and the beach can be
walked to in under five minutes. Walking to the market, the post
office, the liquor store, several restaurants are also less than a
five minute walk away.

Rates depend on time of year (Spring, summer or Fall). Rates can be
negotiable. WILL MAKE A DEAL DUE TO THE ECONOMY!!!
