and shopping. Featuring a large pool deck with over 200 feet of
seawall directly on the lagoon. Western exposure, property is
surrounded on three sides by water, feels like being on an island.
Boat dock for fishing and boating. Watch Dolphins come by, exotic
birds, see fish jumping. Only a mile to the white sand of
Vanderbilt
beach or Wiggins Pass State Park.

Beach chairs and bicycles available at no charge. Internet free W –
LAN, all local, USA, Canada long distance calls free of charge. 2
x weekly houskeeping and towel change, weekly linen or anytime on
demand. Free docking on seawall for your own or rental boat during
stay.
