Casa de Las Palmas is a delightful two story home, completely  
remodeled with 3bedrms/2bath, large deck off living room, nice back  
yard, cared for by gardner.  Peek of Ocean from corner window in  
living room and front of deck. 
 
Compact modern kitchen w/counter bar.  Appliances-dishwasher,  
microwave, coffee pot, blender, toaster, new stove & refrig.  Deck  
has table w/6 chairs, Retractable Awning, Gas BBQ. 
 
Downstairs-Master Bdrm-King size bed, 2nd Bdrm-Queen size bed, bathrm 
in between bedrooms.  Upstairs-Kitchen overlooks living room and  
small bedroom off hall w/2nd bathrm.  This bedroom has a Day Bed  
with a slide out twin bed.  TV's in downstairs bedrooms and upstairs 
living room.  Living room couch has a pull out full size bed. LR has  
a small electric fireplace. 
 
Laundry room outside back of house.  Out-door shower at side of house 
for rinsing off when returning from the beach.
