theater, sailing, kayaking, swimming with Manatees, strolling world

4:00 P.M. Check In.  10:00 A.M. Check out. 
 
Deposit of 30% required at time of booking and security damage  
deposit.  Balance due 3 weeks prior to arrival. 
 
Cancellations within 2 weeks of your arrival date will forfeit  
deposit and 50% of refundable damage deposit.  Extenuating  
circumstances may waive the latter(has to be verified)-death of a  
family member,career loss or bankruptcy.
