Vacation Rental Description

Welcome to our Sandy Seaside Villa.  Located in the nicest part of  
Cherry Grove in North Myrtle Beach.  Our condo is less than 50 yards  
to the beach and only 25 steps to the beach access.  Enjoy the peace  
and quite from the rocking chairs on the front porch or stroll the  
white sand beach.  We are within walking distance of shops,  
restaurants and the fishing pier.  You will not find a nicer  
location for the money anywhere on the Grandstrand.

Vacation Rental Amenities

We have a full kitchen with all amenities of home.  We have a heated  
pool.  The unit has 2 full size beds, cable TV and a DVD player.   
Parking is located directly in front of the unit.  The condo is on  
the ground level for easy access.

Activities and Attractions

We are within walking distance of the fishing pier, the beach,  
shopping and dining.  Short drives to all area golf courses.

Vacation Rental Rates

January 1 -  April 29   $300 
April 29  -  June 2     $500 
June 3  -  August 4     $550 
August 5  -  Sept 1     $500 
Sept 2  -  Dec 31       $300 
 
Monthly Rates also available during off season.  Rentals are from  
Saturday to Saturday and include all fees.
