Regular Base 550/nt up to 8. Each additional guest $25/nt up to 10.  
Summer Base $650/nt up to 8.
Thanksgiving $550/nt up to 8.
Holiday $950/nt up to 8.

Cleaning fee - $300 for main house, additional $150 if use studio.
Reservation fee - $100.
