beyond. It feels like living in a Park! We are in building #10, the  
best building in the complex, near the pool, tennis courts, and  
clubhouse. All the furniture and accessories in this unit are brand  
new in 2007. Everything you need to move right in is provided. This  
unit has 3 bedrooms (or 2 + den if you prefer), and 2 full bathrooms  
included in 1569 sq. ft. of luxurious living space. The kitchen  
features granite countertops and a sunny breakfast nook. The lanai  
overlooks the water and opens to the living room and the master  
suite. This is a new building with 9' ceilings and bright open

beaches, golf courses, theatres, museums, shopping, and fine  
restaurants all nearby. You can visit the Four Mile Cove Ecological  
park right next door. You can travel by car or boat to Sanibel  
Island, Captiva, the Ding Darling nature preserve, and many other  
points of interest.

Furnished 3 bedroom unit avaiable for seasonal or annual rental. 
Monthly in season (Dec.- April)  $1800.00 
Monthly May - Nov.               $1200.00 
Yearly                           $1350.00 
One months deposit is required as security. 
Florida rental tax will be added. 
Cleaning fee of $125 also required. 
This unit will be available starting Dec. 1, 2007.
