What Does the House Offer?  
 
Ideal for families and large groups, the house sleeps 19, with three 
kings, one queen, three singles, 2 sets of bunk beds, one full bed, 
and a den with a queen-size sleeper sofa. The large open-concept 
kitchen features an array of cookware and countertop appliances, two 
refrigerators and two ovens. Amenities include computer (Hi Spd 
Intenet and WIFI), five TVs with DVD players and a home theater 
center. A sensational setting and destination in itself, this home was 
named 2004 Rental House of the Year.

Things To Do In The Area 
 
The town of Bethany – Called the Quiet Resort - is an easy 5 minute 
walk from the house. It is quaint beach town with about 4 blocks of 
stores and restaurants. The town has a good playground for children 
and a boardwalk where music will often be heard from the new band 
stand. A few of our favorite restaurants include Bethany Blues BBQ, 
Baja Grille for great Mexican food, Parkway, and Sonoma’s-all in town. 
 
Ocean and bay watersports - charter boat fishing, wind surfing. Local 
watersports: swimming, crabbing, clamming, boating, kayaking, jet 
skiing, sailing, sport fishing, beachcombing, surfing, shelling, 
windsurfing. 
 
Day Trip about a half hour from Bethany: Rehoboth Beach: The town is 
much larger than Bethany and boasts many shopping and dining options. 
You can also go antiquing. There is also fabulous sales tax free 
outlet shopping at 140 Outlet stores. Lewes: Smaller than Rehoboth but 
a good day trip...very quaint.
