beautiful community of Rosedale Golf and Country Club and on the 11th  
fairway.  You'll enjoy tranquil mornings on the screened lanai as the  
sun rises, the birds sing you awake and the coffee is brewing. 
 
Fully furnished with queen pillow top mattress in master, double  
vanities,   Roman shower and large walk in closet.  The guest bedroom  
has a queen size bed and the den offers a pull out queen size sleeper  
sofa. All linens provided.  Fully equiped kitchen, large screen TV  
with VCR/DVD in family room, bicycles, TV's in every room, a  
private court yard patio, gas grill,  
large screened in paver brick patio with table for 6, lounge chairs  
for sunning and in season your own Florida pink grapefruit fresh from  
the tree.

This community is conveniently located just 1/2 mile from Interstate  
75.  Minutes to downtown Sarasota, the beautiful Siesta Key beach,  
Long Boat Key and Anna Maria Island, St Armand's Circle, LWR Market  
Center and more.  Located on SR 70, convenient to everyday needs of  
grocery store, movie theatre, post office, Wal Mart. Only 100 easy  
highway miles to Walt DISNEY World,  50 miles to BUSCH Gardens,   
plenty of local shopping and more.   
The Tampa airport is an easy 45 minutes away and the  
Bradenton/Sarasota Airport is just 20 minutes away.  The community  
offers a full service restaurant for lunch and dinner, pay as you  
play for golf (on a championship 18 hole course), pay as you play for
