This six bedroom Haven of Tranquility is situated within easy reach
of Disney and is the Ideal Location to start your Vacation from. The
size of the house will allow you to sleep at least Twelve People, so
it is good place to have a large Family Gathering, Celebrate a
Wedding or just a quiet holiday with Friends.
The Villa has a Large Games Room and a Private Screened Pool,this
area along with the Patio and Garden is completely Fenced in to give
you plenty of Privacy whilst you sunbathe,dine or just relax.
Many of our previous guests have left comments about how much they
have enjoyed their vacation especially the house.

The Villa has six bedrooms and three bathrooms,two Masters both with
en-suites,a Queen Bedroom, Disney Bedroom that sleeps three, Twin
Bedroom and a Double Bedroom, in addition there are two Queen Sofa
Beds,a Roll-Away Bed and a Crib.
The ?Games? Room is furnished with a Pool Table, Soccer Table, Air
Hockey, Darts, TV, DVD and Stereo.This is where the Fun Continues
with plenty of ?entertainment? for one and all.
There is a good supply of Bed Linen, House Towels and Pool Towels,
Blankets and Comforters. We have recently added High Speed Internet,300 TV channels and free telephone
calls within the USA.
The Kitchen is well equiped with Cutlery, Crockery, Glasses and
Cooking Items.
There are plenty TV's and Telephones throughout the house.
Outside on the Pool Decking and on the Patio there are quite a
number of Sun Loungers, Chairs and Tables provided for your
enjoyment

Because the house is situated on the US27 just south of the US192
you are very close to all of the Major Activities.
Within 10 minutes you will be at the gates of Disney where the ?
Magic?
begins, Universal Studios,MGM,Epcot and Animal Kingdom are all
waiting. Sea World, Shamu and the Dolphin Shows are a must to go and
see.There is Evening ?entertainment? at Downtown Disney,The
Boardwalk
and Old Town again all nearby.
If you wish to visit the coast you have many choices, popular ones
are Cocoa Beach 50 miles and Clearwater with its Gulf temperture, 65
miles, only an hour and a half away.
Shopping Malls and Restaurants are plentiful,Wal-Mart and Publix are
close, less than five minutes average.
There are quite a number of Golf ?Courses? nearby including
Champions
Gate,Highland Reserve and the three Disney Courses.
