A well manicured three story complex with thirty units provides its
guests and owners a tropical paradise. With tropical foliaage and
over fifty palms you can relax poolside at one of two pools, soak in
the jacuzzi, read your favorite book on your private balcony, or
enjoy a stroll on the beach a mere half block away.

This third floor unit offers two bedrooms, two baths and a soaring
ceiling in its living and dining rooms. The unit is completely
tiled and boasts a fully equipped kitchen.

Located in one of the Island's most sought after properties, the
unit has two bedrooms, the master appointed with a king bed, night
stand, chest of drawers, and TV/VCR. The second bedroom has a queen
bed, two night stands, and a dresser. Each bedroom has a bathroom
with a private entrance. The second bath also has an entrance to
the hall. A queen sofa sleeper is located in the living room, as is
a 25 inch TV, VHS, DVD, and stereo. The fully appointed kitchen has
a toaster, coffee maker, microwave, smooth top range, refrigerator,
dishwasher, dishes and utensils. Linens are provided but guests
should bring their own beach towels. A patio table and chairs,
chaise lounges, and a gas grill are available on the balcony. Sorry
but insurance restrictions prohibit charcoal grilling on the
property.

Maximum occupancy is six and one designated parking space is
available just steps away from your unit. Outside showers ad
elevators are available at each end of the complex, and a laundry
room is located on each of the three floors.

South Padre Island offers a variety of activities sure to satisfy
all visitors and includes swimming, shelling, Schlitterbahn Beach
Water Park, snorkeling, bay and deep sea fishing, horseback riding,
dune buggy rentals, jet skis, wave runners, surfing, parasailing,
and surfboarding. Dolphin watch tours give visitors an up close
view of aquatic life and Sea Turtle, Inc. provides visitors insight
into the efforts to repopulate the endangered Kemp's Ridley Sea
turtles on South Padre Island.

A plethora of dining opportunities awaits you with local eateries
such as Pirate's Landing, Marcello's, Blackbeard's, Scampi's,
Amberjacks, Louie's Backyard, Pizza Express, Palmetto Inn or for a
more relaxed and informal casual experience the breezy beachfront
outdoor palapa Wanna Wanna Bar and Grill provides excellent shrimp
and hamburger baskets, as well as other fare.

Only 45 minutes away, Matamoros, Mexico offers visitors
international shopping and cuisine.
Valley International Airport, serviced by Southwest Airlines and
Continental Airlines is a brief 45 minutes away, and the
Brownsville/South Padre Island Airport is approximately 40 minutes
away. Rail service is not available in this area.

Minimum stay is four nights and rates vary from $150.00 to $300.00
per night for stays less than one week or $850.00 to
$1250.00 per week, depending on season. Monthly and longer term
rates are available upon request. This is a family oriented complex
which does not rent to spring breakers. Maximum occupancy is six and
over occupancy will result in fines and/or evictions.
