beachfront condo. Unit #302 is the perfect Florida Coast vacation
spot hidden from Gulf Boulevard yet convenient to all the incredible
restaurants and area attractions. A Surfers hot spot is right along
this section of beach as well. You will also see beachcombers and
sea-shell hunters.

Unit #302 has a fully equipped kitchen, 2 spacious bedrooms, 2
bathrooms, a comfortable living room complete with pull-out sofa,
cable TV and DVD, high speed internet, and a private balcony
looking out on the water so you can enjoy Gulf Coast sunsets and
beach breezes.

You'll also find onsite amenities to make your stay comfortable,
including: beautiful grounds, a heated pool, lounge chairs, fitness
center, laundry facility, barbecue grills, and undercover parking.

This condo is rented on a weekly basis with rentals from Saturday to
Saturday. The owner welcomes requests for 3-5 day rentals as last
minute fill-ins within 21 days of stay at certain times only. The
reservationist will finalize all financial matters. Rates are subject
to change without notice. Rates quoted for 2 bedroom / 4 person / Max
