This extraordinary, family owned condo is located in the Litchfield by the Sea Resort in one of their newest properties--Seaside Inn. Our condo is and end unit, located on the top floor (3rd) and has been professionally decorated. Please view our pictures to see more of our actual condo--not a sample. It is located across the parking lot from the all new water plaza with swiming pool, heated lazy river, kid's play area, and two large hot tubs. It is also within a short walking distance of the beach with private beach access, an ocean front clubhouse, a fitness center and health spa, 3 world-class golf courses, 7 professional grade lighted clay tennis courts, bike rentals, a Starbucks and a restaurant all on the resort grounds.
Our condo has nine-foot ceilings, crown molding, elegant columns, granite counter tops in the kitchen and bathrooms, free unlimited wireless internet access throughout the condo, in the Starbucks and conference center, and a large screen porch with outdoor dining overlooking a pond with two fountains provide openness and tranquility. Eight guests can sleep comfortably in 4 queen size beds (2 in each room) both with full baths, 1 with oversized
soaking tub and separate shower, all beds have 350+ thread count sheets and goose-down feather beds (with allergin covers). There are also extensive walking and bike paths that stretch from Murrells Inlet to Pawleys Island.
