Lovely 2BR/2BA Condo Litchfield by the Sea-Dec Specials! in Litchfield Beach

The condo is located in the Litchfield by the Sea resort in Seaside Inn, and is one of the finest private, all-season ocean resorts in the U.S. Our condo is an end unit (more spacious and private) located on the top floor of Seaside Inn (4th floor including 1st floor parking).

We custom decorated our condo to make it more comfortable for our family and yours. It accomodates eight guests comfortably in two bedrooms each with 2 Queen Size beds fitted with 350+ count egyptian cotton sheets. It has nine-foot ceilings, crown molding and a large screened in porch overlooking a pond with two fountains (the gentle water sound is just great) providing openness and elegance as well as outdoor dining.

A short 10 minute walk (timed with our 5 year old) along the golf cart and people paths that wind through the resort will take you to the beach. You can also drive to the beach (beachside parking is available for Seaside Inn renters next to the beach club with private beach access). In addition to parking privileges you have access to the private beach club located right on the beach with stunning ocean views, sunning decks, changing rooms and restrooms.

The condo is also located across the parking lot from the new pool and water park (maybe a 2 minute walk). The new pool/"water park" is free for Seaside Inn renters. In addition to the pool there are two very large heated hot tubs, a lazy river and a water park area geared for young kids with a squirting submarine, rain showers, a huge dump bucket and splash buckets.

As a renter of Seaside Inn you have access to the following amenities: free unlimited wireless internet access (from inside the condo, at the Starbucks and in the lobby of the conference center), private beach access and parking, a private ocean front beach club with restrooms and changing rooms, 7 professional grade lighted clay tennis courts, extensive golf cart, jogging and bike paths that stretch from Murrells Inlet to Pawleys Island, bike rentals (for a fee) and access to 3 world-class golf courses within the resort (price varies by course). There is also a Starbucks on the property, a restaurant, Webster's, and a health club and spa available for a fee.
