RATES:
Less than 6 months: $2,500 per month, Taxes are included. Non refundable advance full rent for
whole period deposit is required to confirm reservation. A $500 security deposit upon check in is
required.
Leases over 6 months are $1,400 per month. Lease and security deposit required. May require
screening application if Condo Association stipulates it.
