Do you miss the sounds of Spring and Summer? The sight of everything coming back to life afdter a  
long cold winter? The sound of boats motoring up and down the lake or birds chirping all around you  
while you gaze out at the lake. 
 
At Libby's Landing, the views are spectacular from anywhere in the house or outside of the house on  
our wrap around deck or one of two screened porches.

Whether you are looking for a romantic getaway with your sweetheart or just want to get away for a  
weekend with a few of your friends, Libby's is the only place you will really find it all. 
  
Libby's is all Luxury and Logs and it's our own Home away from Home. Our family only makes Libby's  
available a few weekends during the Fall while we are out of town.   
 
We are truly unique in this respect as we make sure we are always at Libby's the week before and  
after every guests comes to Libby's. 
 
Basic Cleaning Fee of $150.00 is required for all rentals. 
 
Linen service is available for $100.00  All beds will be made fresh the morning of your  
arrival and you can simply check out on the day of your departure without worrying about the Linens  
and Towels. 
 
Security Deposit of $1,000.00 is held to protect Libby's from damages.

Whether you are inside or outside...you cannot beat the 4 mile long view looking straight down the  
lake.  There is a great view no matter where you are inside or outside the house with all the  
windows.

With one of the most stunningly dramatic wide views you can find on any of the 17 mile long lake, you 
can enjoy the view from our wrap around deck...screened porch...stone patio...screened boat house or  
simply stay in the air conditioned or heated comfort of the great room, kitchen or dining area and  
look out through a wall of 18 windows which look directly out onto the lake.  The Fireplace is cozy  
while watching the Football game or enjoying a movie. 
 
Relaxable Luxury is what this house is all about: 
 
1)  Home Theater Wide Screen HDTV, HBO and Cinemax,   
Surround Sound Entertainment with DirecTV and available Pay Per View in the huge great room which is  
24 feet wide and 30 feet long.

3)  Huge Kitchen with Corian countertops, gorgeous views and comfortable permanent seating for your  
large party of up to 16. 
4)  Wrap around deck has comfortable seating for everyone in your family with plenty of room to  
spread out and enjoy a barbecue on the Deluxe Gas Grilling Center with permanent Propane Hook Up  
instead of the nuisance of portable propane tanks. 
5)  Badminton, Croquet, and Basketball are right here at Libby's Landing. 
6)  5 Bedrooms and 3-1/2 Baths will more than accomodate your large family with each bedroom having  
its own TV with DirecTV and some with DVD.  The same premium movie channels and Pay-Per-View  
are in every room.

Movie Channels and Pay-Per-View are also avilable while relaxing in comfortable furniture. 
 
Libby's is situated 4 miles north of the Rt. 208 Bridge on the Public Side of Lake Anna.  We have  
paved roads into the upscale brand new community of Maple Springs. 
 
Maple Springs has a private Boat Ramp for Homeowners and Guests so you won't have to launch at one of 
the Public boat launches.  There is a private boat slip in our private Boathouse with power lift. 
 
The community has a park area on an island adjoined to the community via a small short walking  
bridge with more boat slips.  This area is just a short 200 yard walk from our location.  
 
The streets are very peaceful and great for walking, biking and bird watching.

Activities and Attractions

Lake Anna has plenty for you to do: 
 
Waterskiing, boating, knee boarding and boat rentals are all available right on Lake Anna. 
 
Local shopping is available in the towns of Louisa and Orange.  For more serious shoppers,  
Fredericksburg's and Charlottesville's mega shopping malls are just 35 to 45 minutes away. 
 
Antiquing is everywhere along the country roads all around the Lake Anna area. 
 
Kings Dominion Amusement Park is just 45 minutes away. 
 
The area also has Civil War Battlefields, Museums, Theatres, Horseback Riding. 
 
Hiking is available in the Lake Anna State Park across the lake. 
 
There are great local restaurants around the lake as well as in Louisa, Orange, Mineral and Bumpass  
or you can find hundreds of restaurants in Fredericksburg and Charlottesville. 
 
Libby's Landing is a Smoke Free Home and we do not ever make any exceptions.  We do not allow  
Pets of any kind during your vacation stay.

or stay for 7 nights at $5,500.00 plus $1,500.00 Security Deposit for this event. 
 
Now Accepting 2009 Winter and Spring Reservations

                                          Weekly   = $ 2,800.00 
 
Now Accepting Reservations for Summer 2009 Weekly Reservations with a $250.00 Deposit.
