Monthly $12,000.00 ($4000 REFUNDABLE security deposit)
Summer Rates: June - September
Weekly  $2,000.00 ($2000 REFUNDABLE security deposit)
Monthly $7,000.00 ($4000 REFUNDABLE security deposit)

$285 non-refundable cleaning deposit with every rental

$500.00 extra charge for holidays.
