Vacation Rental Description

This amazing Loft Condo is at the "rez-de-chaussé" (street) floor of a old skate factory  
that was fully renovated in 1998. The loft itself was totally redesigned from 2002 till 2006.  
It is situated on Du Havre Street in the Centre-Sud district just 1 1/2 block away from  
Frontenac metro station. The Loft is 2500 sq ft with a very nice and inviting terrasse in a  
beautiful urban garden. 
 
The loft has a large open livingroom, dining room, kitchen and den area. Equiped with  
designer furnitures, amazing work of arts and lots of plants and trees. The floors are made  
of wood, artic blue marble, indian slate and europeen tile. 
  
The master bedroom is about 500 sqft with a queen size bed with direct acces to the  
bathroom. This room is very quiet and has a view on the garden. 
 
The second room is equiped with a double bed and has an office area. 
 
For the musicians and/or music lovers, there is a baby grand piano in the living room. 
 
There is also a gaz fireplace, a gaz stove, a 2 place therapeutic bath tub and even a hamac  
and a swing ! 
 
You'll enjoy your stay here, and will always wanna come back !

Vacation Rental Rates

$2750 Cdn per month. 
10% discount applies for rentals of three months or more in high season and for all  
minimum 1 month rentals during the off season ( from Oct 15 to March 31 ) 
 
1-2 persons : $225 per day 3 day minimum or weekly $1200. 
3-4 persons : $325 per day 3 day minimum or weekly $1500. 
 
Paiements made cash or with Paypal. Canadian cheques accepted with proper ID. 
 
Rentals of periods longer than 2 weeks require renting parties to have cleaning lady  
services done either weekly or bi weekly at a cost of $60 per cleaning session.  
 
Damage deposit required. (Cash or paypal or cheque) 
 
This is probably the largest and most upscale loft available as a furnished rental in the  
Centre-Sud / Downtown area.
