$500.00 is required to hold your reservation and is refundable after check out as long as there is no damage to  
the property. A cancellation of less than 30 day will result in a loss of your deposit. 
 
 
October thru February $1300 per week* plus a $100.00 cleaning fee and 9% sales tax. A damage deposit of  
$500.00 is required to hold your reservation and is refundable after check out as long as there is no damage to  
the property. A cancellation of less than 30 day will result in a loss of your deposit.
